This is a partial small width (1 1/4 inches) black leather belt with 2 brass D rings and a sword hook. There has been no preservative applied on this belt. I think that it is pigskin leather. Comes with leather belt in good condition for it's age as shown with some finish loss but it is pliable. There is some minor moth damage to the corps badges but not too.
